Firstly, let me welcome HackThis!! to the WeChall network. Gizmore and I have been working to persuade and link HackThis!! for a short time now.
The site currently includes site participation badges in their score, so those who are 100% solved with the challenges may find themselves short on WeChall, HOWEVER we have had assurance from the admin that this will be changed for WeChall scoring in the near future.

Scoring has now been fixed and 100% solved for the challenges gives 100% on wechall
