Every time I try to visit HackQuest, I get a message saying "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." Is HackQuest down?

It looks like the HackQuest server is broken again (it is a windows box).
Unfortunately SkyFlash is the only one with access to the remote reboot functionality.
I have sent him an email about the situation on Jan 14th but have had no response yet.

So until Skylash reads his email and reboots the server, HackQuest will be down
