If you manage to decode the message, don't worry if some characters are a little off (I had like 14 chars off), don't lose time to try to improve your decoding method, it's not possible.

The solution you get might not work : you can either try different combinations (up to 65000+...) or log out and try with a new stream.

I wish someone told me that before, so here it is!

Does that mean there are some bugs with the encryption? Is it fixed now?

Since the 1st stream is tight to TBS's usernames, probably the "pseudo-bug", will not be fixed

If it's tight to TBS's usernames, is the "bug" then flaky?

I observe, that when I create new sessions, sometimes at some positions other usernames occur.
Most often the usernames are stable and the same, but they sometimes suddenly switch to a different one.

It's not a problem to decode the message, like I said in my first post you'll have some chars off but you'll understand clearly what is said. It's more a problem to enter your result hash when you're done, because if there are some wrong characters, you'll have trouble finding the right ones.
